The central location of the hotel is great, very close to the stadium, colleges, and high school. the superior quadruple room had a nice bed, safe, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar. - the bathroom in the room was spacious with a bidet, which was a nice touch.

The receptionists and service staff were very hospitable and went all out to provide us with relevant tourist information. The lobby and hallway were bright, clean, and organized. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a nice partnering with a commercial gym right beside. The location was great, with a shopping mall, department store, and popular night market all within walking distance. The hotel was also very close to bus stops and so convenient for transportation. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was directly opposite the Yizhong shopping district and so close to the stadium. this hotel provided us with cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient parking, easy transportation, and a prime location near the night market.

I was particularly impressed with how they directed our tour driver to the back of the building for easy loading of our luggage. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the excellent counter staff. The cafe staff were also fantastic, providing great service. The location is perfect, close to lots of shops and restaurants, and with a bus stop just in front. The breakfast was delicious with good quality food that varied every day. I appreciated the free laundry facilities on different floors, with drinking water dispensers available too.

I had some trouble with the air-conditioning in my room, despite calling reception twice. The temperature never seemed to get below 23 degrees Celsius and the adjustments I made to the system didn't seem to stick.

There is a gym next door that plays loud workout class music, which can be heard even from the fifth floor.
